Photographing weddings is my livelihood and what keeps my bills paid, so I cannot always work with every budget. That being said, I believe in giving back as often as possible, and taking care of others whenever I can. I'm more than happy to customize packages and coverage if you are genuinely open and honest with me. Money is scary, but it doesn't have to be when you've found the right person to work with.

Q. What kind of equipment do you use?
A. I've always been a Canon person, and I have a serious love for the Sigma Art lenses.
Q. Do you have insurance?
A. Sure do! Just let me know if your venue needs my information.
Q. Will you be the one photographing our event?
A. Yes! I have a handful of very talented assistants I call upon when a second photographer is booked with your package, but I will always be the primary photographer at your event.
Q. How many years have you been doing this?
A. I started shooting weddings a little over 10 years ago. I left my 9-5 at a veterinary clinic about three years ago, and have been photographing weddings full-time ever since. I seriously have the most amazing clients, and absolutely love what I get to do everyday.
Q. Do we get the digital files from our portrait session or event?
A. Yes! You will always receive the edited high-resolution images in an online downloadable gallery, with printing rights included. You can order prints through me (they won't break the bank) and they will be printed at my professional lab on archival paper and last a lifetime. Or you can take them down to the local market and print them off there, whatever you prefer!
Q. Can you make me thinner/taller/airbrush off all my features in my photos?
A. Short answer, no. I think you are beautiful just the way you are, and focus my work on body positivity and genuine moments. Aside from removing any surprise blemishes (zits, bruises, or injuries), I don't "retouch" any of my images.
Q. We really want to work with you, but live so far away! How do we make that happen?
A. Living far away is no problem! I love to travel, and will go wherever you are or want to have your celebration. I always want to meet my couples so we can chat and get to know each other before working together. We can do this via Skype/Google Hangout/Facetime or by phone. Whatever works best for you is great for me.
Q. How long until we get our pictures back?
A. My goal is to have your images back to you in two weeks. Sometimes my shooting schedule becomes a little insane and that isn't possible, but I will always have your pictures and online gallery ready in no more than 30 days from your event.
Q. We're ready to book! What's the process?
A. Yay! In order to reserve the date with me, I require a $1000 retainer fee (that is applied to your total balance due) and a signed contract. Both of these can be taken care of through an online booking proposal that I wills send you. You can pay by card or check. The remaining balance on your package is due 30 days before the event.
